Downtown Guest House Lisbon

Cleanliness: The hotel was super clean, and they even changed our towels and beds after the first night. Location: It was right in the center of the city, just a few minutes away from Barrio Alto and other interesting areas. It was also next to Rossio square and close to public transportation, making it easy to walk to most attractions. Staff: The staff was amazing, giving us suggestions on what to do during our stay and being so helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the downtown area, which makes it really convenient to explore the city. It is also not far from the barrio alto area of bars, making it a great choice for nightlife lovers.

The shower could use some improvement as there were some issues with mold, which was a bit unpleasant.

We loved the charming and cozy feel of the hotel, with its lovely decor and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pop-up tent cafe and greenhouse gift shop, as well as the Swim Club pool and shaded courtyards. The staff was cheerful, attentive, and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was close enough to make travel into the city easy, without the hassle of being downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes away from Rossio train station, and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and filled with natural light, and the shared bathroom had a new shower cabin with a great hot shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and detailed instructions on how to get around. They even offered to carry my luggage upstairs and keep it after checkout. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Convenient location for sightseeing and transportation. Clean room with small balcony. Helpful reception staff. Alternative room offered with fewer stairs. Easy check-in and luggage storage. Would recommend to friends.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean, bright, and have all the basic amenities you need. The location is fantastic, situated on a pedestrianised street parallel to the main road surrounding Rossio Square. It is within walking distance to major tourist attractions in the Rosia district, right in the historical center.

No improvement needed, everything was fine.
